Before this Food Defence training, I didn’t know much about food defence or how important it is in keeping food safe. The training was very informative and helped me understand the different risks and threats that can affect food safety. I learned a lot of new information and now have a better understanding of my responsibilities when it comes to protecting food from intentional contamination. Overall, I found the training very useful and educational.
